All Transactions are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are conducted in Australia. At this time we do not accept international orders. Please contact us on 1800 163 770 for any special orders.

Most services are invoiced after delivery and processed via electronic funds transfer or bill payment between the parties to settle the account.

When purchasing products, these transactions may be conducted via our website or Application and any Credit card or Bank Account details are processed through an application programming interface and are not hosted or stored by Daizitel.

Any digital products ordered will normally be available immediately online to download from Infusionsoft or they will be emailed directly or with a URL link.

We deliver any physical products using Australia Post or StarTrack. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the product and your delivery destination. Exact costs will be calculated with your order and added to the shopping Cart before checkout.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and shipping times are estimated between 2 and 5 business days depending on your location.

We do give refunds or exchange goods. All we ask is the products are returned in the original packaging in as new condition. Any return delivery costs will be the purchases responsibility.
